Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic support aligned with enterprise vision and objectives.
- Drive and enhance the Integrated Strategy Planning process and long-term plans with stakeholder involvement.
- Articulate and align enterprise, BU, and function-level strategic roadmaps and 5-year financial plans.
- Maintain a forward-looking strategy through trend analysis and business understanding.
- Collaborate with experts/partners to adopt best practices in strategy.
- Stay updated with industry developments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate new opportunities (organic and inorganic) and provide feasibility plans and decision support analyses.
- Pursue M&A opportunities to support inorganic growth.
- Create and monitor the Strategy Execution Plan and provide strategic support to MANCOM, BUs, and Functions.
- Ensure alignment between Long Term Strategy Planning and short-term AOP processes.
- Collaborate on the Goal Cascade and Scorecard process for performance management.
