Job Description
- Receives cross functional exposure to multiple departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain through Action Learning Projects
- Learns line and staff functions, processes, policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
- Observes experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
- Assists in responsibilities and duties assigned by the department manager.
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
- Work with team leads to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should hold a Master's Degree from Tier 1 Institute
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Should have a go-getter attitude
- Quick learner, self-motivated and self-driven
- Should be open to travel
