Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is a 7-year-old Out-Of-Home advertising agency specializing in cab branding through its brand Wrap2Earn. Over the years, it has executed over 400 campaigns for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India. In early 2021, we launched LytAds by installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to provide real time, location-based ad services. Since its November 2021 launch, LytAds has executed 100+ campaigns. Recently, Wrap2Earn introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our advertisement offering to everything media.

Job Summary:

Lead a High-Performing Sales Vertical and Drive Revenue Growth!

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the media industry? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building strong client relationships? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be a Sales Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in scaling our Tech-driven Media Agency,

BuzzOmni. You'll be responsible for leading a team of talented salespeople, managing your unit's P&L, and exceeding client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Spearhead Business Growth: Proactively identify and secure new business partnerships with agencies and direct clients, expanding our reach and market share.

- Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers within enterprise accounts.

- Become a Client Champion: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, and use your expertise to tailor innovative media solutions that deliver impact.

- Mastermind the Sales Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle, and provide accurate forecasts for strategic decision-making.

- Empower Your Team: Lead by example, motivate your team to achieve their full potential, and create a collaborative and supportive environment

Requirements:

- Proven track record of developing and nurturing direct brand for everything media. (Out-of home, Print, Radio, or TV experience is a must)

- 3-4 years of experience leading and motivating sales teams

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Deep understanding of various advertising media (traditional and digital)

- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding targets
