Sales Manager
Job Requirement :
- Demonstrated ability to understand market in which you are selling
- Successful in contacting and making presentation to key people within customer organizations from purchasing managers, general managers, presidents and owners
- Developing new clients to sing up with WOTU for all their food and beverage sourcing
- Primary focus is to build and scale buyer base across Bangalore from Restaurants, Food chains, hotels, cafes and others
- Demonstrated success in sales and driving growth
- Ability to understand market dynamics and influence strategy and future product needs/road map
- Drive a strong customer service mentality and continue building current customer relationships with specific sales strategies
- Must possess executive level communication skills; including the ability to sell the concept of improving operating efficiencies while demonstrating value added benefits to executive management
- Experience working with food service distributors and multi-location chains is highly preferred
- Evaluate customers & sales territories to identify and implement operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four (4) years sales experience with proven track record selling in competitive markets. Food service distribution sales and/or knowledge of the restaurant / hotel food distribution industry.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required.
- Must be self-starter, high energy, can do attitude, seeking to create and maximize potential/opportunity.
- You will have B2B selling experience in the following industries: E commerce, Food & Beverage, Hotels and Restaurants.
- Ability to analyze markets and develop strategies for market growth opportunities is required. Must possess
