The team is responsible for managing the identification, analysis and remediation of vulnerabilities in a fast paced technology environment. The teams duties extend to the entire Worldpay Group; including the UK, India, Canada, Sweden and Brazil and require working with the members of various business and technology teams to reduce risks across the business.
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
- The role demands a strong understanding of business goals and strategies so as to support and guide colleagues across all levels of the organisation upon information security best practices and strategies by ensuring business processes and technologies are risk managed to derive maximum value.
- The role will predominantly fulfil the need for information security oversight within World pay's Indore technology delivery centre and the lines of business it supports. The need to closely work with colleagues in other areas of the business and to deliver Enterprise Security services will be required on a continued basis.
- The role will require the successful candidate to build up a deep knowledge of the controls applied within Worldpay and the ability to clearly articulate the strength of these controls to customers and auditors, both verbally and in written form.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
- Looking for someone with very good expertise in Security Policy Management, Risk Assessment, Security Compliance (Ensure regular PCI activities are tracked and provide escalation where not firewall reviews, access reviews, vulnerability scans & associated patching/remediation (internal, ASV and pen tests), policy review, cardholder data scans (and associated clean ups, data retention, wireless scans, backup media inventory)
- Experience in Client Assurance, Third Party Security Due Diligence
- Perform both structured and ad-hoc risk assessments in liaison with business stakeholders and wider Enterprise Security team.
- Perform rigorous supplier security assessments in support of an overarching supply chain management discipline.
- At least 5 years experience working within information security governance or similar department.
- At least 5 years experience within the financial services industry, ideally with PCI DSS compliance obligations, with a proven track record of managing risk to the business and threat landscapes.
- A robust knowledge of PCI DSS and ISO27001, along with extensive previous experience of PCI Level 1 assessment processes is essential.
- Good experience providing governance and validating compliance of internal and external teams providing security services.
- Industry recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and ISO27001 or equivalent
- Experience in business impact analyses, threat and vulnerability assessments and control selection processes are essential.
- Strong background in developing and delivering security awareness programmes is crucial.
- Should be good at People management & Financial management.
