Workshop Section Head - Engine & Powertrain

Few pointers for shortlisting is as follows:

- Mechanical qualification

Relevant experience - 10 -15 years (Flexible)

 Job Level : DGM-GM

- Anyone with current Job Titles of - Shop Floor/Workshop Manager OR Support/Service Managers OR Engine Rebuild Manager would be preferable

- Adopts/comfortable with 6-day Work Week

- Flexible with Working Hours

- Willing to travel

- Personality wise - Learner,Responsibility,Adaptability,Communication,Team Builder would be preferable

- Having experience of any of these companies would be preferable and would stand better chance of getting S/L - Cummins, MTU India,Caterpillar, Perkins India,Komatsu, GMMCO, Gainwell

Job Description (Indicative only): -

Service /Rebuild of:

- HHP Engine Parts

- Transmission & Final Drives

- Parts level testing and Analysis

Skills Required:

- Disassembles & Assembles

- Replaces/Repairs Components

- Quality Control/ Parts evaluation

- Engine Dyno Testing

- Trouble Shooting & Failure Analysis

Interests:

- Technical Reading/Research

- Sourcing the Parts

- Customer Service
