Works Manager - Administration - Pharma

Candidate has experience in Govt. liasoning, Candidate domicile from Sikkim & Nepal (Preferred),

Salary 12LPA to 18 LPA,

- He/She has to direct and control all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed.

- Carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with health, safety standards. 

- Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives.

- Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure that all financial and business objectives are met. Ensure the QMS based on ISO 9001 is adhered to.

- Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
