Workplace Fabric India Pvt Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Workplace Fabric UK and is now actively expanding its sales operations in India. The Role : A Mumbai based Sales Manager is required to take overall responsibility for development of new Customer Accounts for Workplace Fabric in India. This is a quota bearing role with a significant element of performance-based rewards 1. Work with CEO and VP Operations to identify and develop strategy for sales development in India 2. Focus on understanding full Freespace offering and presenting to and securing new customers. 3. Refine and implement India Sales and Marketing strategy by maintaining a pipeline of active accounts and cultivating relationships until sale completion 4. Agree and execute business growth strategy for Workplace Fabric India Pvt Ltd by focusing on achievement of quarterly targets 5. Establish deep relationships at national/global customers to ensure full penetration with product portfolio 6. Build Sales and Marketing team to deliver strategy and resulting growth targets 7. The role could evolve to be responsible for managing a team of distributed Sales Executives or driving Channel Partner strategy depending on the strategic approach for the geography The Person : 1. Flexibility to be hands on but also contribute art a strategic level 2. A seasoned Sales Manager/Director who has many years of experience with Strategic Selling to large corporates 3. Experience in selling technology or Saas solutions to white-collar businesses with a large employee base, preferably experience with real estate 4. A keen relationship building with an innate ability to build trust through understanding client needs and customizing solutions that meets them 5.
