Job Title:Working Capital Manager - National Key Accounts

Job Location: Banglore

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Delivery of Key A/c P&L

a) Maintain pricelists as per TOT (MRP, on invoice, off-invoice)

b) Key a/c deal wise P&L pre agreement and post 6 months analysis

c) Timely MIS highlighting the mix trends impacting profitability

d) Conduct regular reviews with Key a/c team to ensure delivery of results

e) Participate in new deal negotiations and renewal of existing deals-Local Key a/c

f) Ensure correct booking of DME and DFR as per TOT and SPP

2. Account Management and Fill Rate Improvement

a) Built relationship with key account

b) Minimize drop in fill rate due to AR issues

c) Help identify areas to improvement fill rate to over 95%

3. Credit Policy Compliance

a) Ensure Compliance to Credit Policy

b) Obtain necessary prior exception approvals wherever required

4. Account Reconciliations

a) Ensure quarterly Key a/c Balance Confirmation and Reconciliation.

b) Timely settlement of issues in consultation with Central key a/c team where applicable

c) Ensure timely accounting of DNs, collection and stock returns

Job Specification:

CA (1st/2nd attempt only) qualified with over 3+ years of experience in the related field.
