If you have a flair for the field , You have love achieving targets thrive in managing large teams , enjoy the blend of the chaos & the nuances of data , with a dream to take this from a 12 cr to a 50 Cr team (ARR) , then You should go for it Responsibilities: - Work on increasing Depth & width of the vertical - Launching new cities - Developing existing cities to scale - Lead Country wide sales team members (Fleet on street) to achieve sales targets - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts / Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports - Recruiting, hiring and training new team members - Tracking and analyzing sales data to find opportunities / Implementing sales procedures & policies Eligibility Criteria: - Should have a total experience of between 12-15 years - Candidate should have worked at a National/Zonal sales head role for a sales driven company for at least 5 years - Should be an MBA from a reputed institute - Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore Skills - - High on ownership and responsibility - Should have worked in aggressive target driven culture - Should be proactive - Should be able to inspire large teams - Should have frugal mind-set - Should be able to work with different teams - Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilities
