1. Annual and Quarterly Workforce Planning and Budgeting.
2. Tracking of Utilization and Efficiency of the headcount in the project.
3. Working with the Unit Heads and ensuring that the staffing plan is being met as per the requirement.
4. Tracking the Headcount Growth and highlighting the spikes so that the organization can plan for measured staffing plan.
5. Conversion of Contract Staff into Regular employees after due diligence on their performance
6. Planning the Campus Hires and Lateral Hires mix
7. Workclosely with the Recruitment team on Staffing, whether it is internal rotation or External Hiring.
8. Promoting Rotation of Resource within the organization without disturbing the functioning of the project.
9. Internal Job Rotation program, while ensuring the confidentiality of the applicant.
10. Working with the Senior Leadership team at the location with Metrics and analysis.
11. Developing of an Internal RMG tool, and launching it globally.
