Job responsibilities:
- Maintain an updated employee database of off roll employees across the functions
- Rostering of the employees based on Ops inputs
- Maintain monthly attendance data and get it verified from the teams on the ground
- Maintain and update the payroll data for smooth payroll processing
- Manage contingencies with regard to deviations from roster
- Manage users on the Database and ensure restricted access to each user type
Qualifications and skills:
- Relevant work experience in operations
- Individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get the hands dirty
- High intent of getting things done
- Strive for excellence. Strong commitment to improve things every day
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate (MBA) Optional
- Excel & Google Sheets skills (Mandatory)
