Job Description:
- Candidate should have a strong exposure to Contact Center Work Force Management.
- Should have fair knowledge of scheduling as well
- Workforce Tool knowledge of IEX or Aspect is a must.
- Managing real time desk for assigned process through work force tool.
- Excellent communication skills required.
