What Youll Do:

- Provide analytical support for staffing resources to meet service level objectives.

- Assist in forecasting by analyzing volume trends and drivers.

- Monitor real-time performance and manage staffing scenarios in a 24/5 environment.

- Analyze historical data to inform future forecasting and scheduling.

- Deliver key performance reports on occupancy, staffing needs, and core KPIs.

What Were Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management, with a total of 7+ years in BPO operations.

- Strong background in scheduling or capacity planning.

- Proficiency in WFM tools and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a rotational shift environment.
