- The Workforce Future Analyst is responsible for Leading programs on skills and experiences of our people and how they align to client demand, with visibility and perspective across services/practices, and would be expected to continuously encourage innovation and rotate the staffing function to the NEW. He/she would be the main person working with the Business Leader, Human Resources, and all partners to chart the future of skills, employee staffing experience, specialization, and multiskilling.
- This role is important for Businesses in terms of growth, skills, experience perspective, and employees in terms of their multiskilling, staffing experience, and next career path. The person needs to develop a deep understanding of Business needs, Business Operating models, technical skills, different supply channels like Bench, Roll Offs, Cross Training and reskilling, Recruiting, and contracting. Reskilling employees and rotating them to meet future niche and super niche skill demands would be a high priority.

Key Responsibilities :
- Be an advisor to the Market Unit Lead and Market Unit HR Lead on the skills and experiences of our people and how they align to client demand, with visibility and perspective across services/practices
- Share insights to identify hot and cold spots; propose and support actions to navigate future imbalances of skills/ experience and drive to resolution with Business Lead(s)
- Work creatively to ensure optimization of buy/build/borrow strategies, including collaboration with Recruiting and Learning on future recruiting and new-skilling opportunities
- Provide points of view on adjacent skills that can be new-skilled for in-demand areas that are trending up. Support development of action planning to demand-driven skilling
- Connect with the HR Partners to understand our people and practice focuses
- Connect with Finance and Business Operations to focus on profitable and sustainable talent plans
Qualification :
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT services environment - experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Human Resources would be an advantage
- Post Graduation would be preferable
- The person should have a passion for areas around future skills, reskilling, fulfillment, talent programs
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Passion towards innovation and rotating processes to the NEW
- Use Analytics and Data-driven Insights to drive Talent Programs
