- Good experience in Workday HCM modules - Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation - 4-7 years experience and mini3 years in HCM - Help chain for HR Analyst, Associate - Possess business knowledge and be able to support multiple business areas within Workday (Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Learning) - Support foundational configuration for multiple business areas with minimal or no assistance from other team members.
