Workday Consultant - IT

The Role :

Workday Consultant (12 months Contract)

Key Responsibilities :

- Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in depth evaluation of variable factors.

- Troubleshoot complex technical landscape including processes to facilitate smooth end user experience.

- Uses diagnostic and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service, or data to systems.

- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate resolution with users, app teams, and internal service groups.

- Build a network with various managers, technology, and business teams for two-way communication.

- Act as a technical analyst between business and technical resources to translate highly technical scenario into business terminology and process to the technology team.

- Identify technical and process gaps in the current technology process and recommend changes and usability to assure SLAs can be supported.

- Responsible for accurate and timely communication of production issues.

- Applies deep knowledge of data accuracy, corporate policies, and data security to any aspects of the project.

Skills Required :

- 8+ years of experience as Workday Technical/Techno-Functional.

- Should have at least 5 years of strong hands-on experience working on Workday Technical developer including but not limited to :

- Workday engineer, with strong experience in Workday US Benefits module.

- Experience in Integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.

- Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign HCM solutions

- Develops original and/or complex code.

- Experience in understanding business/process, gathering requirements, elicitation, requirement planning, writing unit test scenarios.

- Knowledge on HCM Modules including Core HR and Recruiting

- Should have strong Techno-Functional experience in any of these modules - Core HR and Recruiting

- Understands the usability and accessibility aspects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must

- Workday Security

- Workday Technical resource with experience in Workday US Benefits area.

- Any Graduate

- 8+ Years of Overall experience.
