We are a SaaS based B2B corporate procurement start-up arm of an established+funded startup in Bangalore. We are working towards digitising the procurement and fulfilment of corporate supplies. Our product is live and we are acquiring new clients.

We're looking for a tech entrepreneur to join us in an incredibly rare opportunity as co-founder and head of technology. This position will be intimately involved with defining and implementing reliable technology stacks and global product strategy. As an accountable member of the founding team, you'll need to share the belief and start-up spirit of the company.

Your role in brief? :

You will be working very closely with all the founding members, owning product and technology strategy, shipping new launches and tech-features driving the company deeper into a global SaaS model.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product, identify technology requirements, define the future product vision, create preliminary design concepts for add-on modules and shape overall technology and product roadmap by collaborating with the founders, business development, and marketing team.

- Ensure user oriented design is the primary approach to product development across multiple screens, based on user behaviour data and direct customer feedback.

- Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration & system testing.

- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.

- Establish and forecast ROI of features and succinctly articulate competitive advantage.

- Set-up data collection and analysis system in collaboration with CEO to track key performance. metrics.

Technology Skills :

- Strong fundamentals in computer science/engineering and algorithm design.

- React.js, React Native, Kubernetes, Next.js

- Cloud-computing, Mysql/MongoDB, Redis

- HTML, CSS, Frameworks like Django.

- DevOps.

Other Prerequisites :

- Passion to build a technology company, startup mindset, deploy>discuss, and go big mindset.

- Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in teams.

- Previous experience working on Enterprise SaaS is great.

- Strong communication, team management and managerial skills.

- Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies.
