Manager - Product Manager

About the role :

- She/he will be a part of the product domain and will be responsible for managing the product development and execution in the company.

- Product planning and the technical execution of the product from beginning to end. She/he would be accountable for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers

Key Responsibilities :

- Taking up all product-related initiatives to make recommendations to optimize the product's functioning to drive business and enhance customer experience

- Working closely with the founders and the rest of the team to identify large problems and build new to market solutions.

- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives, and products/services

- Identify market trends and product benchmarks, to drive growth and improve customer experience

- Manage the entire product lifecycle i.e from ideation to execution

- Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking, and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently.

- Create Measure what works, what doesn't work, and drive business decisions based on data.

- Clearly articulate and document product features and functionality, based on the company's strategy

- Collaborate with the Development Team (Design, Product, and Build) and other cross-functional teams to take features from concept to production

- Proven work experience in Product Management of 1+ years in a startup

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Hustler and can get the job done

- Product positioning/problem solving

- Creation to execution: Product strategy

- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to drive execution by taking ownership

- Good understanding of latest trends, guidelines & best practices in Product/ In-app Marketing & Product Cycle Management
