Help founders &amp; leaders in the organization to build and mechanise the cultural practices which truly define WorkIndia 2. Ensure policies &amp; processes are implemented, as well as followed - such that they become a way of life for everyone at WorkIndia 3. Take on HR operational responsibilities like onboarding health insurance vendors, ensure smooth management and distribution of laptops etc. 4. Assist in structured 1-on-1- s, performance management, feedback and appraisal processes 5. Facilitate smooth transition for exiting team members, via exit interviews, timely FnF settlements, documentation &amp; clearance 6. Conduct dip-stick &amp; NPS surveys to understand issues &amp; challenges being faced by team members and suggesting ideas or policies which can solve them 7. Assist in ideation and implementation of new people policies which will further improve the experience of team members at WorkIndia 8. What will success look like in the next 6 months: 9. All the People policies and processes which are planned, are executed thoroughly and on time 10.
