Over the next few years you will own the success of our people, partner with them to build a culture of ownership and be accountable for building a super talented team of high performing individuals who will influence the next set of talent joining the team. Your mission: Hire the best people and enable them to do their best work at Wooqer to catalyze annual business goals What you'll do: - Consistently refine the Org structure to catalyze business growth - Find and hire the best people for defined roles at Wooqer - Establish 100% bench strength to help all teams achieve their goals - Define success for each role and develop people to be successful in their jobs - Create and nurture a safe environment where people are successful (and have fun) - Establish Wooqer as a trusted and admired Technology Company About you: - You have 6-9 years of hands-on experience in attracting top talent and in making people successful in an organization with less than 100 people - You can inspire people to join in on Wooqer's vision and care passionately about their success. - At minimum you have majored at the top of your class from any respected business school globally. - You aspire to work with equally talented people and raise the bar for any team. - You have seen one cycle of a growing organization that you have positively influenced - Candidates from XLRI and TISS are strongly preferred.
