Position: Head of Business Development - Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute ingenious, revenue-boosting strategies targeting corporate giants - because at Wonderla, we believe in taking the thrill beyond the rides!
- Dive into the corporate landscape, unraveling potential accounts within giants, and craft and implement growth strategies that turn Wonderla into their go-to destination for fun and team bonding.
- Identify key decision-makers within corporate giants, creating connections that last and form partnerships.
- Collaborate with our creative minds in the marketing team to conjure up tailored promotional materials that showcase Wonderla as more than just an amusement park - we're the embodiment of corporate fun.
- Step into the spotlight at high-profile events and exhibitions, showcasing Wonderla as the ultimate choice for corporate entertainment.
- Embark on a journey of expansion, discovering and nurturing sales opportunities in corporate markets.
- Master the art of setting strategic appointments, supporting our team in painting a picture where Wonderla becomes the irresistible solution for corporate joy and unforgettable entertainment.

Desired Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in business development/sales with revenue responsibility.
- Proven experience of 8+ years in business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- A keen sense of ownership, drive, and a desire to win.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
