- To head overall operation of the Plant in terms of Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchase, IR & Accounting Functions.  - Planning, organizing, formulating, directing and controlling the operations to achieve desired level of output in terms of productivity, quality and unit costs.  - Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly production targets  - Ensuring that the shop floor has the necessary manpower, competence, skill, knowledge, plant and tooling required in order achieving production targets.  - To coordinate with the concerned departments for effective functioning and initiate developmental activities for process streamlining and improvement.  - Planning and coordinating with concerned departments to meet the requirements and complying with regulatory practices.  - To ensure highest level of operational health and safety standards.  - To Maintain and follow the inventory norms for RM/PM & Finished goods.  - Provides leadership and leads the implementation of systems and processes to maintain a highly engaged workforce. Engagement, talent development, performance management, Succession planning and training.  - Prepare, control and monitor Budgeting/MIS/Costing of respective functions.  - Knowledge of Sourcing, negotiating and managing the purchase
