We are looking for a passionate individual to lead the growth initiatives at Womaniya, be it handling user acquisition through various channels, or improving customer engagement for already acquired users.
Important Work areas:
1. Digital marketing for app installs: Facebook Ads Marketing, Google Ads Marketing, other paid online marketing channels
2. Social media marketing: Updating the social media channels of all happenings as per plan
3. Organic growth hacks: Initiating & executing hacks for organic acquisition
4. User segmentation & user data analysis
5. Offline brand-building exercises/activities
6. Onboarding various stakeholders (Brand Ambassadors, Celebrities, Investors)
