Job Description:

Brand Strategy and Management:

- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with Fasal Fresh's goals and values.

- Oversee agency relationships for campaign development, packaging design, and creative executions.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and community engagement activities.

- Act as a storyteller for the brand, effectively communicating its values, mission, and unique selling propositions.

Digital Marketing:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.

- Drive traffic and engagement on Fasal Fresh's e-commerce platform and oversee digital advertising efforts.

Community Engagement and Events:

- Plan and execute community engagement programs, events, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.

- Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders and organize local initiatives.

Trade Marketing and Retail Partnerships:

- Collaborate with trade marketing point of contact (POC) to execute retail strategies and enhance brand presence in stores.

- Negotiate and manage relationships with retail partners to optimize in-store marketing and promotional activities.

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Model:

- Manage Fasal Fresh's D2C initiatives, including the online store and subscription services.

- Optimize user experience and conversion rates through effective digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Market research and consumer insights:

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.

- Utilize insights to inform brand strategy, product development, and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management in FMCG or D2C, with a focus on agency management for campaigns and packaging.

- Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and retail dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and brand storytelling.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
