Exp: 3-5 Years.

Requirements:

- The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning.

- This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager.

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

- Technical background, with experience in IT industry.

- Excellent teamwork skills.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

Responsibilities:

- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches. Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, designers, and marketing teams. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the product team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry. Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Portfolio of past work, including at least one sample of an effective product document.
