Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and guide scrum teams. The responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively manage and mentor development teams.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

1. eifjManage each project's scope and timeline

2. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

3. Coach team members in Agile frameworks

4. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

5. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

6. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

7. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

8. Help teams implement changes effectively

9. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

10. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

11. Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

12. Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

13. Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.

14. Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

15. Majorly working in custom web application and mobile application using latest technologies

16. Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Scrum Master Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.

2. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

3. Advance Knowledge in JIRA project management.

4. Leadership and management experience.

5. Excellent people and project management skills.

6. Strong communication and presentation skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Maintain JIRA Board & well versed with each phase of SDLC & Scrum

Qualification : A Bachelors degree in Computers
