Responsibilities:

Employee Relations and Compliance:- Address complex employee issues, disputes, and grievances, ensuring fair and legal resolutions.
- Ensure the organization's HR practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Training and Development:- Identify training needs and create professional development programs.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance appraisals.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and benefits offerings.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
Policy Development and Compliance:- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
