Strategic Advisory Work :
- Help companies with Strategic Consulting so as to help CXO, promoters reach the next level.
- We assist firms across sectors in raising funds through private equity, M&A (domestic and cross-border), strategic investments in line with the Strategy agreed with clients
MFO work :
- We manage the wealth and investments of ultra HNI families across all asset classes and bring them opportunities to invest in unique Propositions that other run of the mill Wealth managers can never have access to
- We help business families with Trust, Succession and legacy Planning issues so as to ensure that these do not become bottlenecks for promising entreprenuers

Work Profile Scope :
Execution Skills :
- Leads and coordinates the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Associate Director/ Sr. Manager
- Monitors projects/ engagements for billing opportunities
- Shares best practices with others so that they can improve their performance
- Use external business sources and technical knowledge with ease Use external business sources and technical knowledge with ease
- Consistently ensures that team achieves project objectives on time, within budget, with the highest quality results.
- If off track, takes immediate corrective action to revise the work plan and to manage the team and client's expectations.
- Manages multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Set up full project plans including: objectives, calendar, nature of deliverables, team
Quality of Work & Deliverables :
- Predict obvious deal blockers.
- Liaise with other advisors eg lawyers, bankers etc. about the administrative and technical elements of the deal, after consulting with own team.
- Begin to lead certain steps independently eg information collection, DD etc.
- Negotiate certain basic documentation eg confidentiality agreements, and draft client acceptance and conflict of interest.
- Develops sound value based solutions and applies technical knowledge in delivery of complex solutions to clients BD & Marketing Efforts
- Begins to identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to Sr. Manager, Associate Director
- Supports Sr. Manager in identification of opportunities for incremental sales of services across service lines(Account Centricity)
- Lead role in execution of client service and begins to serve as a Trusted Business Advisor
Team Management Skills :
- Challenges and Motivates junior team members to stretch and perform beyond their comfort zones.
- Helps counselees/ team members identify L&D opportunities & ensures participation (including participation in mandatory programmes)
Must haves :
- High levels of energy and Fire in the belly. Would prefer people brought up in Non-Metro cities. Drive to work at lower fixed pay with industry leading bonus structures
- Ability and Proven deal experience to Manage medium complexity and smaller deals on their own. like ( Debt Syndication, Mezz debt or Corporate Debt or Corporate Consulting)
- Ability and experience to Manage a team of Graduate MBAs or CAs and Analysts
- Strong finance fundamentals and understanding of financial statements
- Excellent excel and ppt skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CA / MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant work experience (Investment bank / Due Diligence etc.)
Salary range - 9-12 LPA
