Wockhardt - Regional Manager - Dermatology Products

We are looking for Regional Manager for our Derma Division. Looking for candidates having minimum overall 5 years sales experience & minimum 3 years experience in to Dermatology Industry & Derma Products; with excellent network with Dermatologists in the market.

Job description:

- To manage a team of 6 - 8 BEs to achieve their territory targets thus achieving the regional targets consistently.

- To plan the Budget the working of each BE in such a way that maximum ROI is achieved.

- To supervise and guide each BE through proper Induction and hand holding from time to time by conducting On the job Training.

- To monitor the working and sales performance of BE s in terms of their Neurologists list, Product knowledge, Coverage, achievement etc. with the help of tools like feedback from each BM, infinity, personal contacts, etc.

- To add value to the business during joint working with BE s & ZSM.

- To recognize and appreciate the work of his Team Members and also to counsel and discipline them at times.

- To ensure zero vacancy in the region by referring quality candidates for the selection process.

- To create and harness relationships with various customers and ensure timely resolution of queries

- To become a link between the BE and the ZSM.
