WNS - Sr Group Manager - Operations - Trade Finance

We are currently looking for Sr. Group Manager(AVP Level)-Ops with our BFS vertical. The person will be responsible to handle Wholesale Banking Ops with a team of 500+ FTEs at Chennai.

- Candidate should have skills, Team, SLA & Client Management along with domain expertise to Trade Finance

- Candidate should well verse with Trade Finance activities and able to work Banking systems

- Also required to play the role of SME with query handling.

Following would be the expectation in term of defined role:

- Reviewing and coordinating presentations against documentary L / C’s /Bill Lading/Bank Guarantees/Funded & non funded loans with the bank

Manage a team of 75+ resources.

- Issuing a high volume of standby and documentary L / C’s /Bill Lading/Bank Guarantees etc.

- Interacting/liaise on a daily basis with: Operations, Schedulers, Onshore Credit deptt

- Ensuring adherence to contractual terms and credit policies

- Reporting accurately using Banking systems and trade finance systems

- Furnish/Process the L / C’s / Bill Lading / Bank Guarantees / Funded & non funded loans by Bank

- Other related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Experience in:

- Trade Finance: Excellent experience in managing

- Wholesale Products: Bank Accounts, Loans
