- Project Category Sourcing Coordinator (Sr. Associate) IT - Hardware: Ensure end-to-end successful completion of the assigned requests/projects working with Sourcing Managers & Business Stakeholders
Primary activities:
- Support Sourcing Managers in completion of end to end sourcing activity in the IT - Hardware and Software space (heavier volume in hardware sourcing and contracting)
- Strategize on best in class sourcing strategy and execution levers to maximize value in all projects assigned to the sourcing team in the IT category.- Document that strategy in instructions within the team's Category Cards.
- Conduct full Spend Analysis for Opportunity Identification
- Coach and train other sourcing coordinators to utilize multiple levers appropriate for the IT Category to continually assist the client in driving to achieve category strategy goals.
- 7 - 9 years Source to Contract experience
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- Stakeholder management experience
- 3-5 years of Project management experience
- Demonstrated intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Advanced user of excel and pivot tables or equivalent similar tools such as Tableau
- Source to Pay experience needed
- Construction and Facilities category knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in fast paced, technology environment
- Dynamic and energetic
- Ability to multi-task and project manage to closure
