1. Management of entire infrastructure both onshore and offshore (WNS and client Infra WNS support or interact with)


- Assessing current utilization capacity and future capacity requirements in line with Client growth projections


- Managing and oversight of all relevant WNS internal parties and holding parties accountable to deliver on time and to requirement


2. Management of all applications environments, including BAU, upgrades, capacity planning in line with growth, future requirements, and project planning with the client. Includes all apps utilised by WNS - Verisk ED, OM, Data Mart, etc.


3. Reviewing infra requirements in line with Client's growth


- Ongoing capacity management


- Change management leadership


- Assessing future requirements jointly with Client and Vendors


- Will require close interaction with Client Business Ops as well as Client Tech


4. Management of weekly, monthly and quarterly Governance with Client


- Development of relevant service review slides and content


- Managing cadence with Client


- Leading operational/project calls and tracking actions to completion (Client and WNS internal towers)


- Following up/chasing relevant parties to ensure actions are completed prior to operational review/governance cadence


- Ensuring WNS team has access to relevant data / MI to support above


5. Process Optimization : Looking to leverage the remaining utilization on the account to review selected Operational areas for Process improvement and transformation opportunities leveraging role holder's major expertise in this area.


EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :


- Total Experience of 10+ years in London Markets Insurance


- Graduate/Postgraduate with a good academic background


- Technical expertise across Infra and apps is a must


- Prior experience with a syndicate/ servicing London Market Insurance client is a must undefined
