Overview:
- This role acts as the central knowledge management leader for the programme. This includes the compilation of reports both within and externally to the programme and ensuring that actions are completed within reporting cycles across the programme team. It is central to the ability of the team to function thorough the timely passage of information and active oversight and management of programme team members actions.
- In addition, this role will be required to support improvement of process and the delivery of projects through analysis of progress of projects against the programme plan.
Reporting:
- Maintenance of singular source/repository of information to facilitate consistent programme status updates (internal and external) for all governance forums
- Joint Transformation Committee reporting (the main functional meeting with the client) compilation and dissemination of material and recording of actions and issues. Management of Actions and Issues as appropriate to ensure closure/remediation
- WNS Internal Exec Steerco and WNS Internal Leadership Committee Production of materials to support meetings and active management of issues, including Risks and issues contributing to RAG statuses and active management of issues and actions.
- WNS internal reporting periodic creation of reporting of Programme status and updates, and presentation of that information.
- Weekly Programme Review active management and production of weekly reporting pack for the Client/WNS weekly reporting.
Analysing program risks:
- Formal action and issue management across programme maintenance and active tracking of all actions at Programme Level. Including ensuring team members actively complete mitigations and actions and raising risks as necessary.
- Developing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Managing meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on scope
Access Control and CRF:
- Raising access control requests for WNS team members to the Client.
- Resource CRF management
Skills and competences:
- PMO experience
- Great computer skills and knowledge software tools such as Jira
- Strong programme coordination and administration abilities.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant PM experience
- Aptitude for management of high levels of detailed factor management and analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and cross-client.
