- IT Service Desk - Senior Agent Handling IT Service Desk Incident Tickets and Request Tickets


- Contact cross functional teams via email for query resolution


- Handle Incoming Calls for IT Issues and providing end to end resolution to clients


- Contact cross functional teams via Email/Chat/Phone for query resolution


- Help others to resolve the process issues


- Manage own deliverable and ensure that all the SLA's are met


- Meet the key performance indicators as set by the Manager Service Now Ticket Tool Experience


- Office 365 Knowledge and Experience is an added value


- Any Graduate with 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk (Preferable certification in IT)
