Responsibilities :

- Review tasks for part number requests and take ownership on follow up to ensure task completion

- Create and release part numbers to support Procurement, Logistics, Trade Compliance and 3-way match in the PLM system, including collection of data, entry and review of associated data and documentation

- Work with Component Engineering to create component part numbers, gather required information and release part numbers

- Maintain database accuracy by initiating data audits and inactivation of obsolete parts- Support Agile projects by ensuring data accuracy, importing data and performing test scenarios in Agile Test databases

- Initiate and manage ECOs, MCOs

- Work with cross functionally with Engineering, Logistics and Procurement

- Assist in the communication of part number requirements between Supply Chain and Production to facilitate material planning, order fulfillment and execution

- End user support and problem resolution

Requirements :

- BS in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field

- Overarching understanding of key components to Product Lifecycle Management

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a high tech, fast-paced environment using Agile PLM or Arena-

- Agile administration experience a plus-

- Teamcenter experience a plus-
