Process description:
The position is a part of an on-going engagement with the largest beverage player, providing domain based data analytics services to address marketing and business situations. The India based team works on both proprietary and syndicated data to generate relevant insights addressing both tactical and strategic requirement of client across all geographies and multiple departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client brief, search & re-apply solutions from system
- Expected to generate insights from data analysis done
- Client management with delivery perspective
- Project Planning & Execution (planning resources, analysis, meeting deadlines)
- Assist Manager in Performance Tracking – project to project
Competency- Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:
- Post graduate in Business Administration
- Have understanding of business logic behind multiple market researches brand management, consumer insights & analysis: consumer segmentation, opportunity mapping, brand building
- Capabilities in data interpretation, analytical thinking, logic building, breaking large projects into smaller analysis constructs
- Should have clarity of thought and strong communication skills
Minimum work experience required -
- 1-2 years of Sales & Marketing or Market Research experience in MNC FMCG firm, or MR/Analytics firm servicing FMCG industry
