REPORTING: The role reports to the Corporate Vice President (Partner-equivalent) - Digital Transformation & Consulting

ROLE PURPOSE:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a range of clients using a co-creation approach to assess, design, and build transformational solutions with a strong digital focus.

The role is responsible for engaging with WNS clients and potential clients to develop and grow the digitally enabled Business Transformation and Consulting services across the United States to meet the company's objectives of driving digitally enabled revenue growth, profitability, client success and stakeholder experience. The focus on co-creating solutions will involve the use of Agile concepts and practices as the way of collaboratively engaging and working with clients, and then also working with offshore teams through both design and implementation phases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Practice & Business Development

- In consultation with the on and offshore digital transformation teams, Business Unit and Horizontal Unit solution teams and other onshore Practice leads, determine goals and objectives of customers and of their businesses

- Contribute to the internal strategies of the business and horizontal units and collaboratively identify digital opportunities


- Integrating onshore and offshore Digital, IT, Analytics and Operations teams to drive digital solutions and their implementations and thought leadership

- Engage with hunting and farming sales teams to acquire new clients, develop strong client relationships, and ensure client success Professional Service Delivery :


- Perform consulting work as needed on client transformation engagements

- Ensure successful delivery of professional service engagements to clients

- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field and be ready to learn new things

People Development :

- Contribute to staff recruitment and team development initiatives

- Attract exceptionally talented resources, build staff competencies in line with the Practice Development Plan

- Manage less, listen more, and empower to a great extent

Financial Management :

- Seek to maximize revenue and improve profitability

- Contribute to budget planning, resourcing, and procurement

- Manage assigned customer transformation accounts and monitor and report on the expenses

- Understand and report on the financial and legal implications of the contracts

Organizational Development :

- Contribute to internal organizational maturity, certifications, and accreditations

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Strong Strategy and Operations consulting experience with a strong digital focus

- Deep understanding and experience on end customer interaction channels, end customer behaviour on digital assets and digital containment strategies.

- Proven overall experience of 12-15 years of experience having worked with relevant companies with a strong focus on digital engagements (incl. IA, RPA, iBPMS, AI/ML, platforms) over the past 5 years

- Educational qualification: B. Tech. / B.E / MBA from well recognised institutions.

- Demonstrated experience and/or industry certifications in digital assessment/consulting, Systems Thinking and Design Thinking, Enterprise Integration, IoT, Big Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Mobile, Middleware and Cyber-Physical Security

- Experienced in working in Agile onshore and offshore delivery models. Ideally having worked across a breadth of industries to deliver digital transformation assessments, solutions, and implementation programs

- Proven ability to assess, design and implement an end-to-end transformation roadmap, involving a variety of solution components, and a clear business case based on business value/outcomes

- Entrepreneurial passion to build and develop teams

- Breadth of industry experience and depth of domain expertise
