REPORTING: The role reports to the Corporate Vice President (Partner-equivalent) - Digital Transformation & Consulting
ROLE PURPOSE:
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a range of clients using a co-creation approach to assess, design, and build transformational solutions with a strong digital focus.
The role is responsible for engaging with WNS clients and potential clients to develop and grow the digitally enabled Business Transformation and Consulting services across the United States to meet the company's objectives of driving digitally enabled revenue growth, profitability, client success and stakeholder experience. The focus on co-creating solutions will involve the use of Agile concepts and practices as the way of collaboratively engaging and working with clients, and then also working with offshore teams through both design and implementation phases
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practice & Business Development
- In consultation with the on and offshore digital transformation teams, Business Unit and Horizontal Unit solution teams and other onshore Practice leads, determine goals and objectives of customers and of their businesses
- Contribute to the internal strategies of the business and horizontal units and collaboratively identify digital opportunities
- Integrating onshore and offshore Digital, IT, Analytics and Operations teams to drive digital solutions and their implementations and thought leadership
- Engage with hunting and farming sales teams to acquire new clients, develop strong client relationships, and ensure client success Professional Service Delivery :
