Brief Job Description:
Responsible for working with large datasets to conduct analysis on various areas relating to Sales Force Effectiveness, primarily Segmentation and Targeting (S&T), Resource Optimisation, Sales Target Distribution and adhoc analytics etc. (Other project areas could evolve based on onshore business requirements).
Technical cum Analytical (Position -1) – Lead Associate/Assistant Manager (Min exp 3+ yrs in relevant domain)
Must-Haves:
- Strong Analytical/quantitative and logical skills with a solution focused approach
- Strong technical skills –VBA, MS Access with macros
- Ability to conceptualize and automate with VBA
- Helping team members in trouble shooting in VBA codes
- Ability to conceptualize and analyze projects independently
- Strong MS-Excel skills, medium level MS-Access/SQL along with strong power point skills
- Strong Project management and communication skills (Both with Team and Customer)
- Strong focus on quality - demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Ensure a very high sense of project ownership
- Teamwork - contributes towards building a positive team spirit and is a go-getter
