1) Enterprise Apps- Consultant for 'To - Be' process design which will include the following responsibilities :

- Identification of correct tooling

- Knowledge management of all updated processes

- Documentation of 'to be' processes

- Designing KPIs/SLAs

- Support of the team manager ; creating capacity

- Development of TOM to support key applications ; including development of key roles

- Transition of new platform resources to Enterprise apps

Additional points:

- Resource need not be LM trained

- Primarily IT process transformation experience
