1. Have in-depth knowledge and experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research. Knowledge on Consumer Products Industry would be preferable

2. In-depth knowledge of financial instruments / terminologies of Investment Banking - M&A Activities Company Profiles / Industry Reports, Comparable Company Analysis and Comparable Transaction Analysis, Liquidity Analysis, Financial Modeling, Business Information Services, Client Relationship Management, Business Research

3. Should be proficient in multitasking and managing multiple projects at a time

4. Working on Critical Projects / Pilots

5. Ability to manage and guide the team

6. Perform Quality checks and Work under high pressure and long hours to ensure zero errors

7. Knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Thomson One, Factiva, FactSet etc.

8. Take care of MIS and other operational activities to ensure smooth work flow

9. Proficient in MS Office - Prior experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

MBA (Finance)/ CFA/ CA/ FRM/ Masters in Finance 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking and Financial Research, Analytical mindset and Problem solving capabilities, Ability to work independently, Handling client communication, Attention todetails, Good Written and Verbal communication skills
