Key Responsibilities : 

- Leading a WFM team of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr.Analyst / Analyst managing Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Reporting, Revenue Projections for Finance and Accounting processes across locations

- Supportwith RFP Workings and Pre-Sales Inputs

- Manage development, deployment and maintenance for Microsoft Power BI Reporting

- Manage escalations from internal and external stakeholders related to WFM deliverables

- Present in Monthly and Quarterly business reviews

- Work with Operation teams in ensuring contractual service levels are met

- Degree Preferred (Statistics) 

- Currently leading a team of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Analyst / Analyst managing Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Scheduling, Reporting, Revenue Projections

- Has first hand experience working on Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Shift Planning, Scheduling, Reporting undefined
