Summary: The person in this role is expected to perform the following activities on day to day basis: - Lead, inspire and empower a team of Insight Specialists and Insight Capability leaders. - Support the analytics teamto deliver high quality integrated insights to the retail client's business for maximum impact and at the lowest cost possible (leveraging internal and external resources)Lead the co-creation of actionable insight as an input to the customer analytics business function and loyalty initiative - Accountable for leading the development of the right capabilities, principles, standards and frameworks to support all insight specialists to deliver functional excellence. Accountable for safeguarding compliance and consistency within sight frameworks, standards and principles. - Coach the team to adopt agile ways of working in how they source and analyse data, prioritise business requests, and work together with the insight product teams - Responsible for the recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession planning for Insights integration co-workers - Grow and empower co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments - Lead and work closely with relevant stakeholders across retail clients to strengthen and contribute to a strong partnership Job Description : - Responsible to work as a synergy between client's insights manager team and offshore analytics teams(business analytics, data scientist and data engineering)Understand traditional retail analytics problems and drive solutions by taking data science and analytics leads on board, lead data mining, connect dots to come up with actionable insights to client business Lead, inspire and empower a team of Insight Specialists and Insight Capability leaders - Ability to navigate and lead business and people in complexity, ambiguity and a fast changing environment. - Build trustful and collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and business partners and offshore team, making people part of a common goal - Ability to analyze, draw conclusions and act on them with a holistic retail /customer analytics business understanding - Strong envisioning skills and fact-based thinking connecting the dots and recognizing patterns, while not being put off by getting hands-on and mind-deep in analysis - Strong communication and facilitation skills, including presentation, active listening, communicating complex issues in a clear, engaging way, and having an unbiased perspective Must Have Skills : Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Good experience with MS office applications, Knowledge of SQL and experience in big data environment is a plus Relevant retail Experience: 5 - 10 years Masters in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Econometric from Tier 1 institutions or MBA from Tier 1 institutions - Preferred The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
