- Review and submission of Lloyd's reporting and other regulatory returns to the client for final sign-off. Apply appropriate level of automation in preparing of the Lloyd's reports.


- Review and submit for approval and signoff of annual and quarterly syndicate returns


- Compliance reporting on Lloyd's MS15 - Investments requirements


- Review and submit for the client approval of SBF


- Assist actuarial team to gather data for calculation of Pillar I capital requirements and reserves


- Preparation of QRTs, NSTs and financial sections of the SFCR/RSR


- Preparation, review, and submission for signoff of materials to support audits and respond to inquiries


- Coordination and preparation of State reporting requirements relating to the company including NAIC Annual Returns.


- Assist Legal Entity Reporting and the wider Finance department on strategic projects as required.


- Preparation, review, and submission for signoff of Statutory Financial returns and annual accounts


- Preparation, review, and submission for signoff of management accounts (e.g., Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, etc.)


- Lead automation projects optimising the reporting


- Total Experience of 20+ years in syndicate and solvency reporting in London Market, working as a Lead Business Analyst within the Insurance Industry.


- Detailed and demonstrable understanding of underwriting functions. Experience in technology transformation programme and project environments, good Team player with proven ability to manage senior Stakeholders (C-Suite).


- Graduate/Postgraduate with a good academic background


- Prior experience with a syndicate is a must


- Strong Excel sets required


- Problem-solving & Detail-oriented: Candidate needs to have effective problem-solving skills to devise and enact solutions for the potential issues


- Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication are both central to this role to share the progression on the process with stakeholders clearly.


- Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy


- Strong Logical Understanding and able to perform required analysis


- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently


- Willing to extend in month end and rotational Shifts.
