- 12-15 years of experience leading consulting on-shore and growing the practice.

- Big 4 or similar experience an added plus.

- Ability to build relationship with client business SVPs, CIO and CFO organizations.

- Experience creating end-end digital transformation solutions across business, technology, process, and people.

- Define value proposition in the reimagined future state journeys and align it with benefits realization roadmaps and target operating model.

- Gather and analyze information pertaining to client business scenarios, create benchmarks, test hypothesis, and generate advisory reports.

- A good understanding of digital technologies including AI/ML, data wrangling, hyper-automation, and NLP.

- Experience working with digital partner ecosystems.

- Should have experience working in Financial Banking sector
