Reporting to: Sr. General Manager - Transformation / Quality
Location: Pune / Mumbai
The role is a pivotal role within the digital business responsible for client's development, scale and delivery of digital transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for driving the transformation portfolio within Travel & Hospitality Line of Business.
The role will be working with range of clients and wider business practices engineering, design and strategy to help better serve our clients as they embark on the journey to transform their enterprises. The role will be an integral part of WNS Business Transformation Group with the credibility, expertise and insight clients depend on.
- Actively originate and shape digital opportunities with our Professional Services, Travel & Hospitality clients.
- Help develop the go to market strategy for key accounts working alongside client teams.
- Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders internally and to the client.
- Spot opportunities where we can act as good consultants to our clients to help them find solutions or come up with strategies.
Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Develop programmes to implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centric for our clients.
More Details:
- The role will need to demonstrate detailed experience of creating digital roadmaps and strategies for multiple clients at local and global scale.
- An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
- The strong relationships developed with the key stakeholders will mean staying ahead of the digital trends.
- Steer the portfolio to achieve a $50 million USD transformation portfolio over the next 3years.
- Managing client portfolio's or a portfolio of digital projects / programs within an enterprise
- Extensive experience in working with multi-skilled teams spread across geographies on projects that touch a range of platforms including Hyper-Automation, Predictive Analytics and more.
- Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery
- Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders to identify pockets of productivity improvements driving over $1 Million.
- An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
- Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units.
- Would have previously worked with or for a major Digital Transformation Program/Organization/Consultancy business or in the large enterprise leading product/digital initiatives.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience :
- 10-15 years experience in digital product management/transformation role or similar
- Background in Travel & Hospitality sector
- An expert who has experiences working with enterprise clients and is driven by solving hard core business problems
- Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management.
- Digital experience covering one or more of: digital commerce-retailing, digital strategy, mobile applications, predictive analytics.
- Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues
- Experience in structuring and storytelling compelling proposals
- Ability to negotiate and shape a deal including understanding pricing and risk
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skill
Good To Have :
- Good understanding emerging trends in technology.
- Strong understanding of API strategies / platforms & Microservices based architecture
- Background in E-commerce, Customer Journey and Experience
- Certified for Agile Principle - Scrum, Kanban, Safe
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Slack, Confluence etc
