Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Knowledge of Marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Hubspot and Oracle CRM tool suite - Good understanding of Data visualisation tools like Lead forensics, DOMO - Excellent knowledge of social media and website metrics. - Strong experience of website analytics tools - Demonstrable experience with web personalisation tools and campaigns - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. With experience of single handedly driving multi channel lead generation campaigns. - Expert in stakeholder management across geographies like (US, UK, Europe and South Africa) - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Plan, execute, and measure web focused A/B and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Well versed with creating customer experience journey and value maps - Prior experience in creating website traffic plan and goal driven traffic campaigns - Experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising Preference : - Industry domain knowledge in Travel, BFSI, Retail and CPG - Experience with Email marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
