Deputy Manager - Training - Pune
Description :
Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Manage end to end training for the aligned F & A processes including new hire training, BAU interventions, for a span of 400 FTEs across 2-3 accounts
- Manage multiple stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation
- Design, Develop and Deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis
- Adhere to signed off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans and any other prescribed regulations
- Manage a team of core trainers
Knowledge & Qualification :
- B Com - Graduate
- Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain, with exposure to the BPO/BPM industry.
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in R2R, with good domain knowledge in F&A
Preferred Certification:
- Finance and Accounting Certification
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Communication skills
- Good Presentation skills
- Stakeholder Management
