Job Description :

- Exposure to UK HR and payroll modules in Oracle EBS/other platforms.

- Developed process flows and suggested solution per service scope.

- Co-ordinated interfaces projects between Oracle/platforms and 3rd party vendors.

- Service offering design, processes and Governance, Roles and responsibilities for services, Service incident management.

- Managing the operations and services pertaining to payroll delivery within the TAT/SLA.

- Supporting process transitions and working on testing, knowledge management, releases and actively participated in change management while ensuring adherence to stakeholder expectations.

- Exposure to Weekly and Monthly Payroll models, also performing supplementary/ad hoc payrolls.

- Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience of Payroll platforms including Payroll, Compensation, Time & Labor and specifically integration with absence management, Absence Schemes, Pension Schemes.

- Working on reconciliation reports as part of post payroll activities which would be submitted to Finance team for making entries in respective accounts.

- Preparing costing detailed report and reconciling with Earnings report, Deductions report and later with Gross to Net report for 100% accuracy in payroll period.

- Liaising with client team/pension providers to obtain pensions file for all the pension contributors.

- Preparing and uploading BACS file into Bank site and liaising with Finance team after completion of all the payroll activities.

- Submitting FPS, EPS files to HMRC after every payout and managing End of Year activities.

- Investigate and resolve customers Payroll issues and complaints regarding operational matters handle all Payroll queries and client feedback in a professional manner.

- End to end Payroll, Statutory & Legislation knowledge of UK alongwith knowledge of upstream/downstream impacts and ability to manage.

- Responsible for completion of annual statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Managing Payroll balancing and reconciliation of all the payments post every pay-out.

- Rectifying all the errors in case of any found in Corrections Run and action the reversals.

- Responsible for internal and external Payroll Audits; ensuring all processes and systems meet audit and risk control requirements.

Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate. Preferred: Payroll certifications, qualifications
