Job Description:
Role:
Play an integral part in various HR transformational projects and change management initiatives. Also manage large scale BAU - HR programs across the organization and geographies
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with multiple stakeholders such as HR, IT & Business to understand, define project scope & execute projects.
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Ensuring a clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of end to end projects
- Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget of the Projects
- Liaise with vendor partners in the industry to evaluate latest HR technologies and trends.
- Conduct feasibility and requirement analysis of various systems to determine its scope for implementation.
- Reporting and Analytics to provide decision support through HR metrics
Skills:
- Should have good HR domain knowledge
- Technical Skills and prior Business Analyst related experience would be preferred
- Adept at communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Good excel/PPT and analytical skills
- Ability to drive projects independently
Criteria:
Education:
- Graduation : BTech/B.E/B.CA/BCS (preferred)
- Masters : MBA/PGDM HR from premier Institute
Experience :
- Overall 1-5 years of experience in HR, with atleast 2-3 years in HR Automation profile.
